About NEET UG Exam 2024

According to the most recent update, the 3rd week of January is when the National Testing Agency (NTA) releases the NEET application form 2024. On May 5, NTA will administer NEET exam for more than 20 lakh applicants. The information brochure and the application for NEET UG 2024 will be publicly available. The NEET exam information bulletin will cover topics including exam eligibility requirements, application process, fees and more.

Those who submit their application forms on time will receive a NEET exam 2024 admit card, which they must have for appearing NEET exam. Students are required to bring a printed copy of their NEET Exam 2024 hall ticket to the exam location. It should be mentioned that no applicant will be permitted to access the NEET exam center without the admit card and a legitimate ID evidence. NEET UG will be administered by the NTA in a written format from 2:00 PM to 5:20 PM for admission to nearly 1 lac MBBS, 27868 BDS, 52720 AYUSH, 603 BVSc, and AH seats. The NEET exam pattern states that there will be 200 questions on the examination, although candidates only need to answer 180 of them.

The NTA NEET UG question paper covered biology, chemistry, and physics. 4 marks will be granted for every right answer in the NEET 2024 exam, 1 mark will be subtracted for every wrong answer, and no marks will be granted for any questions that remain unanswered.

The NEET UG exam answer key and question paper will be made available by the authorities within the few days after the examination. A scorecard including the NEET UG exam results will be made public. Applicants can download the NEET scorecard by providing their date of birth, application number, and security pin.

The NEET cutoffs for the previous year were as follows: 137 for the General category, 107 for the SC/ST/OBC category.

Students who pass the exam will have the opportunity to take part in the NEET UG counseling procedure, which will be administered by the Medical Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). The counseling process for admission into 15% All India Quota (AIQ), 85% State Quota, deemed universities, central universities, private institutions, AFMS/ESIC institutes, AIIMS, and JIPMER institutions will be executed based on NEET UG 2024 results.

Eligibility Criteria for NRI and Foreign Students

Applicants who completed their secondary education abroad must meet the requirements for NEET eligibility. For NRIs and foreign students, the last examination they must pass should be the same as the one required for a Class 12 education in their home country. In addition to passing the qualifying examination in English, candidates must have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Biology and passed both the theory and practical exams in each of these fields.

  • Foreign nationals, Overseas Citizens of India (OCI), and Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) are all eligible for admission to medical and dental colleges, according to rules and guidelines established by the relevant State governments, educational institutions, and the Indian government, as applicable.
  • In order to verify what they claim to be an NRI or OCI, aspirants have to submit a certificate from the relevant Indian diplomatic mission in their home country with their completed online NEET UG registration form.

Mock Test for NEET Exam 2024

NEET 2024 Syllabus

Many changes have been made to the NEET syllabus for 2024. 22nd November marked the release of the NTA’s NEET UG syllabus Document; the NMC had earlier made it available on its website. Exam Center for NEET 2024

Exam centers for NEET UG are likely to be extended to more than 500 different locations in India and abroad. NEET was carried out in 14 foreign countries and 499 Indian cities last year. There were more than 4,000 NEET exam locations in total. It is expected that there will be different NEET UG 2024 centers overall compared to those from last year, with the goal to taking on applicants from more regions. NEET Cut off Score 2024

The National Testing Agency will announce the NEET cutoff score 2024 in alongside its result. NEET UG 2024 Counselling Process

The Medical Council’s (MCC’s) online counselling for NEET includes choice filling as well as choice locking.
